This committees essential goal is to promote and ensure the human rights of every individual no matter their nationality. This committee holds 47 member states and is often the host to many observer states and UN bodies. This committee deals with relevant and ongoing human rights issues such as LGBTQI+ rights, state crisis like that of israel-palestine and many others. |
